Alison is a lifelong choral singer, educator, and conductor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Choral Education from Brigham Young University and her master’s degree in Choral Conducting from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
She maintains a private piano studio in her home, teaches voice and conducting lessons, and is a frequent accompanist. In addition to the Sterling Singers, she is the artistic director of the Wasatch Chorale, a community choir based in Utah Valley. Alison and her husband, Andrew, have five children and live in South Jordan.
